The Herculaneum boys finished fourth in the Class 2 state track meet Friday and Saturday (May 18-19) at Lincoln University in Jefferson City. Ryan Jackson’s first-place finish in the 3,200 on Friday supplied 10 of the team’s 30 points. Also on Friday, he anchored the 4×800 relay team to second place. He took fifth in the 1,600 on Saturday. On the girls side, Kaitlyn Fischer was a double winner for the third year in a row, winning the 1,600 on Friday and the 3,200 on Saturday. The Black Cat girls finished 11th.
