The Arnold City Council is getting tougher on those who let grass and weeds grow wild on their property. In a 6-1 vote on Sept. 1, the council whacked 2 inches off the allowed height for grass and weeds. Residents and business owners now must keep “nuisance vegetation” below 8 inches tall.
