Tia M. Gregory, 20, of Imperial was hurt in a one-car accident at 3:35 a.m. today (July 6) on I-55 just north of Hwy. Z in the Pevely area, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Gregory was driving a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire north on I-55 and ran off the left side of the road, where the car struck the median cable barrier and then overturned, the report said.

She was taken by ambulance to Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Crystal City and then transferred to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, where she was listed in fair condition today.

Gregory was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
