Crowd for Arnold Days Parade got soaked, but stuck around

Despite overcast skies over the weekend, rain stayed away for most of the Arnold Days Festival, held Friday, Sept. 16, through Sunday.
But, the rain decided to show up for the parade on Sunday afternoon.
